As one of the original contractors in this multi-block, multi-building warehouse development, BUSA was instrumental in giving the entire complex its look and feel, including common areas, hallways, bathrooms, facades and much more. BUSA also handled the conversion of dozens of loft spaces, and took on the build out of many retail spaces as well.
